What schools ask before they say yes.

Straight answers — including where the honest answer is "not yet."

Getting started

Q.Can we import our learners?

Yes. Learner and class lists are brought in as part of implementation, in bulk — you won't be adding learners one at a time. Your implementation contact will walk you through the exact process for your school.

Q.Can schools customize assessments?

The product vision includes the ability for teachers to add their own questions alongside a shared question bank. This is a planned capability, not a live service.

Curriculum

Q.Does it support CAPS?

The initial focus is Mathematics and Physical Sciences for Grades 10–12, with relevant CAPS and IEB curriculum alignment planned.

Q.Does it support IEB?

Relevant CAPS and IEB alignment is part of the product plan; the scope and implementation will be validated during development.

Data & security

Q.How secure is learner data?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role- and school-scoped, and one school's data is never visible to another. See our Security page for the full picture, including where we honestly stand on formal certification.

Q.Can we export our data?

Data ownership, export and deletion arrangements will be documented and confirmed before any live school service is offered.

Using the platform

Q.Can teachers collaborate?

Yes. The question bank is shared across a department or school, so quality doesn't depend on any one teacher's time, and Heads of Department can see analytics across a whole grade, not just one classroom.

Q.Can learners use their phones?

Assessments are built mobile-first, so they work in a phone's browser as well as on a computer or tablet — a deliberate design choice, since a phone is the most reliable device many learners have access to.

Integrations

Q.Can we integrate with our existing systems?

Not yet, in a deep sense. Gelezanathi doesn't currently connect with third-party school information systems. If integration with something you already run is a requirement for your school, raise it on your demo call — we'd rather tell you plainly what's possible today versus what's on the roadmap.
